One of the benefits of working with an experienced organization such as University Catering is that we have established relationships with a number of professionals to finalize the details of events and make them unforgettable. We would be happy to help you with setting up the floral displays or selecting the musicians or other entertainment or you are welcome to view our preferred vendor list and contact any of the service providers yourself. In addition, we have a vast supply of resources to help customize any occasion according to theme and budget.
Linens
White napkins and tablecloths are included within the cost of your event and make a simple, elegant statement. For a more festive look or to accent a theme, we have access to many more colors and textures for that special finish for chair covers, table runners, napkins and table clothes.
Ice Carvings
Our chefs take pride in going the extra step in making events spectacular. Several are trained in ice carving and can provide that unique and stunning centerpiece. Chef Aaron serves as a mentor for U-M's ice carving club and several chefs compete in local ice carving contests to continue to hone their skills.
Spirits
We are fully licensed to serve spirits in all three Union buildings and offer professional bartenders to serve premium wine and spirits. We would also be happy to create your own signature beverage that is unique to your event.
