Catering Managers
Our Catering Managers are experts in executing the perfect event. They come from a wide range of service backgrounds and understand the needs and nuances of the University community. From butlered hors d’oeuvre to plated dessert, our Managers will ensure that the expectations of your guests are exceeded every time. In addition, our Catering Managers train our student staff the serving basics and much more. Mentoring them in the fine art of dining service is essential to meeting our goal of creating memorable events.
